More than 600 cars were displayed during the annual Orange Country Auto Show in Anaheim Convention Center.
Everyone could find something to their taste: SUVs, trucks, sedans, electric and commercial vehicles from more than 35 manufacturers.
Jeep’s off-road test track gathered long lines of car fans who were willing to ride along-side a professional 4×4 driver. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, Gladiator, Grand Cherokee and a few newer Jeep models were showcased on the track.
Visitors enjoyed climbing an 18-foot, 35-degree hill; fallen logs, and other obstacles simulating an off-road environment.
Several concept and pre-production vehicles were featured including the Kia HabaNiro, 2020 Corvette Stingray, 2020 Audi R8 Spyder, and much more.
The fully electric, all-wheel-drive crossover, Kia HabaNiro, drew heavy crowds as it’s butterfly-style doors and augmented reality windshield stole the show. The concept car is equipped with a Real-time Emotion Adaptive Driving (R.E.A.D.) system, which monitors the emotional state of the driver in order to create “a more pleasurable and safer driving experience.”
A large collection of electric vehicles covered over the 5,000-square-foot Electric Avenue, where attendees could learn more about the tax credit and other incentive programs offered by the federal government and California.
If you missed the OC Auto Show, you will have a chance to visit the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show Nov. 22-Dec 1
Children also could have some fun test-driving electric cars on the OC Kids Test Track.
